All tea blends are created with certified organic ingredients and are blended when the order is received. 

Your order will ship within 1-3 days of placing the order. For this reason, please request any cancellations within 12 hours of placing an order as your order may already be in the process of being prepared.

 I also do not accept returns or exchanges on tea blends as they are a food item that are blended when the order is received.
